Jim has been engaged in the practice of public accounting since 1986 and joined Jenkins, Magnus, Volk & Carroll in 1996. Prior to joining the firm, he was an internal audit manager with a Fortune 1,000 company. Jim’s primary areas of expertise include audit and corporate and individual taxation.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Oakland University and a Masters in Taxation from Walsh College. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Internal Auditors.
